I have the factory miller press tools for pressing the pins for different sized Ball and Trunnion U- Joints. The problem is that sometimes the pins gall when pressing them out and in even when lubed. To me the trunnion on a '65 Z-bar is the rectangular block that the rod from the clutch pedal passes through and has a nut on each side of the block. The block has a pin which is peened or swaged into the Z-bar. There is no bushing. Those plastic bushings in the NPD link are used on the pedal pivot shaft under the dash.
